What’s a Jukebox? Jukeboxes are collections of activities designed for online teaching that fit a particular theme or grammar point.

The activity is simple. Display the PDF so all your students can see. Give them some time (1-2 minutes) to use the words on the poster to describe a room in your house or the whole house. You could also ask them to describe a certain room, such as the president’s bedroom or a gross hostel, or even ask them to describe their dream room or home.

There’s a book shelf and a mirror. It’s tidy. There aren’t any windows. Which room is it?

Use this describe a room in your house activity to practice and review relavent vocabulary and the difference between there is / it is with your beginner level students.
