Halloween is getting cancelled in many public schools around the United States. But one mom in Seattle decided to take a stand and save Halloween for everyone!
Things like this are happening more and more in the United States – holidays and celebrations in public spaces or institutions getting cancelled in order to create a more inclusive atmosphere for students and families from all backgrounds. The hottest scandal around Halloween is always which celebrity wore an offensive or insensitive Halloween costume. There’s always someone! Either they didn’t get the memo, or the memo gets edited so fast it’s hard to keep up with.
