Today you and your students will be talking about the means in which the royal family, and especially Queen Elizabeth II personally, make their money. With Queen Elizabeth II’s jubilee celebrations finally over, it’s time to talk about how on earth she is able to afford such an extravagant four day long party! It was a question I always had but never bothered to answer. Well, now I’ve got the answers and want to share them with your and your classroom!
If you like warmers (it’s basically my favorite part of the lesson), you could ask your students this very simple question: What does the Queen of England do? Can’t wait to hear those answers… I still don’t really know.
