Well, Say Something! Rules
Students will react to, respond to and explain a number of rules they find on this edition of the Well, Say Something! activity.
There are three ways to use this activity:
- The first is to share the poster with the class, via screen share, or on the table or with a projector. Next, call on a student at random and ask them to secretly choose a rule and explain why it’s a good rule. The other students must guess which rule they are talking about.
- Start the same as the first, but this time let students explain why it’s a bad idea.
- Let students react to each rule as if they are in front of the person telling them. Maybe they agree, maybe they disagree, maybe they mock the speaker, etc.
