Phrasal Verbs for Hobbies and Free Time
Use a handful of phrasal verbs to discuss hobbies and free time activities in this easy dice-rolling question-making game.
Instructions
- Put students in pairs. Make sure they have two dice or use a set of virtual dice. Display the sheet so that everyone can see.
- Partners take turns rolling the dice and creating “Would you rather…?” questions to ask their partner which they will answer.
- Students can use the prompts to continue a discussion, get to know each other, or just move on to the next dice roll.
- As there are 36 variations, you can let your pairs talk for quite a while while you take notes for a delayed error correction.
