What did they do before they were famous?
Teach your students how to talk about their job experience by practicing with famous people first!
How to use this activity?
Students can work individually or in groups. The goal of the game is to tell the backstory of these “famous” people by using the words in the boxes to the right. Give your students some time to write their answers and then present them to the class.
If you want to keep going, you can also ask them to create other characters. Of course, any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events, would be purely coincidental! Of course.

Description
Talking about work in English should also mean being able to tell about one’s job experience and biography. Why not practice with made-up characters first? Use this activity as a game to get your students talking and test their creativity!
